The MSc in HRM (Blended) Top-up is a nine-month programme which aims to develop knowledge, competencies and professional skills that help learners address the challenges facing modern organisations. It is solely focused on the completion of a Masters dissertation, allowing you time to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise around research methods and your dissertation topic.

The entry requirement for this course is a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or CIPD Level 7 Diploma in Human Resource Management or Human Resource Development.
